The job
Your day-to-day together with two of our founders CEO Héloïse & COO Nikolai
You can expect to spend 70% of your time related to sales and business development and 30% of your time on strategic and process-related topics. You will work directly with both founders to boost the commercial strategy and the execution of business initiatives.
- Get out there: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and sales outreach. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Build a Sales Machine: Develop and refine the company's sales machine. Build up different channels, automation, and sequences to create a smooth and efficient process.
- Project Management: Take ownership of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project progress.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Provide the team with valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
